Business Overview

AdRoxx provides digital billboards mounted in the rear window of a car or on the roof top. The patented solution enables advertisers to focus on an outdoor campaign based on location, event and time. It also provides advertisers with a set of analytics to view the advertisement coverage and understand the effectiveness of the campaign. billboard Advertisers can register / log on to the Company’s website and create their advertising campaign. They will be able to see the display network of the Company on an interactive map and then select their zone of coverage. The site will provide them with instant pricing based on the selected zone, number of days and time of the campaign. Upon finding the optimum campaign, they will automatically dispatch their advertisement through the Company’s web services. The Company’s revenue streams come from advertising agencies, media buyers, and partnering with other companies such as Google or Facebook, as well as selling to corporations for nationwide campaigns. The vehicle owner with a display of the Company makes money based on the amount of time they spend driving and the number / type of advertisement pushed to the display. Transaction Overview

The Company already raised angel financing of US$500k, and are now seeking a US$2M Series A investment. The round will be used to build the installed base of displays, ramp revenue.
