Business Overview

Sprizzi develops drinking machine with patent pending technology. The drink machine will dispense ice cold, carbonated and noncarbonated beverages including lemonades, ice teas, sport drinks, energy drinks, soft drinks, vitamin waters and fruit flavored drinks. Simply plug in the drink machine, add water, and give it a few minutes to chill down. Lastly, plug in the favorite flavor bullet

, and at the push of a button, a delicious beverage is ready. There are over 100 different taste-tested flavors of soda, iced teas, fruit juices, sports drinks and more. Classic flavors include Cola, Mountain Rain, Root Beer, Dr. Spicer, Gingerale, lemonade, fruit bowl punch, etc. The drink machine is lightweight and portable, good for kitchens, offices, game rooms, dorm rooms, etc. The revenue streams of the Company are generated from the sales of drinking machine and flavor, as well as franchising fee.
